Congratulations to Tim and Jessica, our 200th land settlement at Amity! We couldn’t be more excited to see our community continue to grow.

Tim and Jessica knew they had found the right community to build their dream home as soon as they visited Amity Estate. “It felt more open than the other communities we looked at. The streets were nice and wide, and the other homes were well presented. As there are lots of first home buyers and not many investors, it makes a difference to how the streets look,” says Tim.

The couple also loved that the overall look and feel of the community is protected through design guidelines. “We loved that it had a strong covenant, this is obvious when you drive around and look at all the modern, well-designed houses,” says Tim.

Tim and Jessica have just begun building their dream home on their new block. Tim explains, “We chose a larger lot as the backyard was important to us. We were really lucky to get our block. It became available, and we decided to buy it, knowing land is scarce at the moment and lots of buyers are looking.”

The team at Amity welcome Tim and Jessica, along with all our new residents to the Amity community. We look forward to seeing them move in and enjoy their new home, and the rewards of all their hard work and planning.
